Our Fitness Studio is a fitness studio in Taman Kota Laksamana, Melaka, Malaysia. We offer beginner-friendly dance and HIIT classes for adults of all fitness levels who want to move, have fun, and build a healthier lifestyle. Led by instructor Pearly Kong, our classes feature easy-to-follow choreography and high-energy workouts in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.

Maximum effort in 30 minutes. No equipment needed.

Tabata uses 20 seconds of all-out work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated in short rounds that push your heart rate and burn calories fast. It is one of the most time-efficient workouts at OurFitness Studio, ideal if you want results without spending an hour in the gym. Every session is coach-led so you know exactly when to push and when to recover.
