Our Fitness Studio is a fitness studio in Taman Kota Laksamana, Melaka, Malaysia. We offer beginner-friendly dance and HIIT classes for adults of all fitness levels who want to move, have fun, and build a healthier lifestyle. Zumba
Dance fitness that feels like a party.
Zumba blends Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves for a full-body cardio workout. You do not need dance experience. Instructor Pearly Kong breaks down steps so beginners feel welcome from the first song. Expect upbeat music, smiling faces, and a serious sweat by the end of class.

Maximum effort in 30 minutes. No equipment needed.
Tabata uses 20 seconds of all-out work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated in short rounds that push your heart rate and burn calories fast. It is one of the most time-efficient workouts at OurFitness Studio, ideal if you want results without spending an hour in the gym. Every session is coach-led so you know exactly when to push and when to recover.
Best for: Busy professionals, HIIT fans, and anyone who wants a short, sweaty session before or after work.

TRX Suspension Training
Use your body weight. Build real strength.
TRX uses suspension straps to train strength, core stability, and balance using your own body weight. Moves can be scaled up or down, so beginners and regular gym-goers train in the same class. Expect a full-body session that targets arms, core, and legs in every round.

Your first trial session at OurFitness Studio is RM10 for new members. After that, walk-in classes are RM25 per entry. Message us on WhatsApp at 014-6067687 to book your first class.
We offer six class types: Zumba, Tabata, TRX Suspension Training, Fitbounce, Strong Nation, and Circuit Training. Sessions run Monday to Friday with morning and evening options in Taman Kota Laksamana, Melaka.
Walk-in classes are RM25. Packages include 4 classes for RM80, 8 classes for RM140, unlimited monthly for RM160, and a 1-year membership for RM1,200. New members pay a one-time registration fee of RM50. There is also an entrance fee of RM15 per person for all attendees.
Our Fitness Deal Alert lets you buy 3 unlimited monthly passes and get 1 month free for RM480 total. That is four months of unlimited classes across all session types. Message us on WhatsApp to claim the offer.
Classes may be cancelled if attendance is below 5 attendees. We will notify members as early as possible and help you reschedule to another session. The studio also reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

No dance experience is needed for Zumba. For TRX, Tabata, Strong Nation, and Circuit Training, no gym background is required either. Coaches scale exercises so beginners and regular members can train together.
